• Items must be returned in their original condition. For example, fabric that has been cut or damaged will not be accepted for a full refund.
• If you would like to return your item for any reason, it's important that you contact me first.
• The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the item. 
• Upon receiving the item, a full refund will be issued via the payment method used to checkout.

Orders are shipped within 2-3 working days from receipt of payment. 

Shipping is with royal mail for orders upto 2kg, orders over that will be sent via courier.
