FAQ

Shipping is calculated by the weight of the fabric and in some cases the size (particularly with fleece). We are keen to keep our shipping costs as low as possible for you and as close to the charge of the carrier as we can. If you think an error has been made regarding the shipping cost please contact us prior to checking out.

Unless your order is on hold due to pre-order or awaiting stock, your order will be shipped within 1-2 working days. If we receive your order before 3pm on a 'post office day' it's likely to be shipped that same day.

When you checkout there are a couple of different shipping options - each has an estimated arrival time displayed in the drop down menu. 1st class is 2-3 working days, 2nd is 3-7 working days and Hermes tracked is 3-5.

While the estimated times are usually accurate, delays can happen on occasion. If you think your parcel may be lost please contact us. Royal mail do not consider packages to be lost until it is 10 working days past the expected arrival date.

Throughout 2020, during the covid-19 pandemic, we experienced highly erratic and unpredictable delivery times but thankfully shipping in 2021 seems to be getting back on track with most parcels arriving when they are suppose to!

Not yet - this is something we are absolutely looking to do though.

We source our fabrics from multiple suppliers who ensure the fabrics are produced to an excellent standard.
